Did you know that working out on an eliptical burns the same amount of calories as running on a tredmill? Sometimes even more! Elipticals are great for a full body workout. They work your thighs, calves, booty, abs, and arms. Make sure to use the handles for a harder workout! And maybe, just maybe, you will end up with a body like Audrina's ;) One can only hope right!?

I could never get the hang of those! LOL My youngest could run forward and backward on the darn thing! I did set up a new workout area in our basement today. Now, I just need my youngest to get back from her trip to whip me into shape!!
when i lived in LA and actually exercised, the eliptical was my go to. loved it. and now i live in england..and i dont exercise anymore..
there is a justification in there somewhere.
Love the elliptical! I just started working out regularly in the last month. The first day I tried the elliptical I was DYING. Seriously I thought there was no way I could do it... And I had been doing it for 1 min and 11 secs. I am happy to say that last night I did it for an hour and burned about 600 calories. :) Really enjoying your blog Lauren- I subscribed to it through my google reader. :)
